Abstract
본 발명은 굴삭기의 치즐용 강 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, C : 0.3∼0.4중량%, Si : 0.2∼0.45중량%, Mn : 0.8∼1.2중량%, P : 0.03중량% 이하, Si : 0.015중량% 이하, Cr : 0.8∼1.5중량%, B : 10∼30ppm, Total·O2: 15ppm, Total·N2: 20ppm 이하를 함유하고, 나머지가 Fe로 조성된 소재를 1200∼1300℃에서 가열하고, 원형강으로 단조, 압연한 후 이를 소정의 형상으로 기계가공하여 820∼880℃에서 소입한 뒤, 300∼500℃에서 소려하여 얻어지게되는 것으로 종래의 강에 비해 내외부의 기계적 성질이 균일할 뿐아니라 내마모성이 우수하고 균열발생이 줄어들고 인성이 우수하여 굴삭기의 치즐을 제조하는 데 적합한 것이다.The present invention relates to a steel for a chisel of an excavator and a manufacturing method thereof, C: 0.3 to 0.4% by weight, Si: 0.2 to 0.45% by weight, Mn: 0.8 to 1.2% by weight, P: 0.03% by weight or less, Si: 0.015 A material containing not more than% by weight, Cr: 0.8 to 1.5% by weight, B: 10 to 30 ppm, Total · O 2 : 15 ppm, and Total · N 2 : 20 ppm or less, and the remainder composed of Fe is heated at 1200 to 1300 ° C.
