Abstract
본 발명은 Cu기 소결합금 마찰재에 관한 것으로, Fe를 포합한 마찰조절제가 2∼30중량%, 윤활제가 5∼30중량% 및, P가 0.05∼5중량%, 나머지가 Cu로 구성된 것으로, 소지(素地) 중에서 금속간 P의 화합물이 균일하게 분산된 조직으로 구성되어, 고온에서 내마모성이 우수하여 각종 기기의 소형화, 경량화 및 고출력화에 충분히 대응할 수 있는 마찰부품의 제조에 적응할 수 있다.The present invention relates to a Cu-based sintered alloy friction material, comprising 2 to 30% by weight of a friction regulator containing Fe, 5 to 30% by weight of lubricant, 0.05 to 5% by weight of P, and the rest of Cu. It is composed of a structure in which the compound of intermetallic P is uniformly dispersed in the ground, and is excellent in abrasion resistance at a high temperature, and can be adapted to the manufacture of a friction part that can sufficiently cope with miniaturization, light weight and high output of various devices.
