Abstract
본 발명은 5'-말단부분의 염기서열이 그에 코드되는 아미노산 서열의 변화없이 변형된 소 성장호르몬 유전자와 상기 유전자의 3'-말단에 연결된 trpA 전이 터미네이터를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 소 성장 호르몬 발현 벡터, 이에 의해 형질전환된 대장균 및 이를 이용하여 높은 수율로 소 성장 호르몬을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention provides a bovine growth hormone expression comprising a bovine growth hormone gene modified at 5′-terminal sequence without modification of the amino acid sequence encoded therein and a trpA transfer terminator linked to the 3′-end of the gene.
