Abstract

본 발명은 무기물이 첨가된 폴리아미드 수지조성물에 관한 것으로, 폴리아미드 수지에 인산 유도체와 옥시에틸렌 공중합체를 혼합 첨가하여 무기물의 분산을 향상시키고, 티타네이트계 커플링제를 사용하여 수지와 무기물 사이의 접착력을 향상시키고 또한 옥사졸린 화합물을 부가하여 부지자체의 강인성을 증진시켜 기계적 물성 특히 충격강도를 크게 향상시키고 뿐만 아니라 표면도 우수한 폴리아미드 수지조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 무기물이 첨가된 폴리아미드 수지조성물에 있어서, 폴리아미드 수지에 대하여 무기충전제 5~60중량%, 다음 구조식(I)로 표시되는 옥사졸린 0.2~5.0중량%, 네오알콕시디옥틸피로포스페이트 티타네이트 0.02~3.0중량%, 다음 구조식(II)로 표시되는 폴리옥시에틸렌글리콜 0.05~5.0중량%, 다음 구조식(III)으로 표시되는 인산유도체 0.05~5.0중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 수지조성물.
    (상기 식에서 R은 2가의 유기기, l은 0또는 1, m은 10~50, n은 2~10이다. 또한 구조식(I)에서 수소는 알킬기 또는 아릴기로 치환되어도 무방하다.)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 무기충전제는 비섬유상의 점토, 활석, 운모, 탄산칼슘 중에서 선택된 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 수지조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 네오알콕시디옥틸피로포스페이프 티타네이트는 네오메톡시디옥틸피로포스페이트 티타네이트 또는 네오에톡시디옥틸피로포스페이트 티타네이트임을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 수지조성물.
