Abstract
본 발명은 유전체 세라믹펄터의 전극부착방법으로 Ag 분말을 구형으로하고 강력한 유기결합제 및 유리편을 적절히 배합한 Ag paste를 유전체 세라믹소체에 간단한 공정수로 코팅함으로써, 작업성과 부착성이 향상되고, 작업공정을 단축하여 생산성과 수율이 증대되며, 또한 주파수 특성이 향상되는 전극부착에 관한것으로, 은(Ag) 분말, 유기결합제로 이루어진 은 페이스트(Ag-paste)를 유전체 세라믹소체에 도포하는 것에 있어서, 구형 또는 이와 비슷한 형태를 갖는 편상의 Ag 분말60~80중량%, 유리편 4.0중량% 이하, 유기결합제 16~36중량%, 혼합하여 Ag paste를 얻는 단계와, 상기 Ag paste를 유전체 세라믹소체에 도포 및 건조하는 단계를 4~5회 반복적으로 하는 단계와, 이어서 소결하는 단계로 이루어진 유전체 세라믹필터의 전극부착방법에 관한 것이다.According to the present invention, the Ag paste is spherical in the form of Ag powder, and an Ag paste containing a strong organic binder and glass pieces is properly coated on the dielectric ceramic element with simple process water, thereby improving workability and adhesion.
