Abstract

본 발명은 베이스판위에 안착된 케이스 내부에 모래를 채운 상태에서 다수개의 자연석을 각각 모래속으로 삽입시켜 벽돌표면 모양을 결정하는 벽돌 표면모양 결정공정과, 상기 벽돌 표면모양 결정공정에서 모래에 자연석이 삽입된 케이스 위에 벽돌형 틀을 적층시킨 후 상기 벽돌형 틀에 콘크리트(진흙)를 주입시켜 압착되는 압착공정과, 상기 압착공정에서 압착되어 케이스위에 적층된 벽돌을 소정시키는 소정공정과, 상기 소정공정에서 소성된 벽돌과 케이스를 분리한 후 모래를 제거하여 표면이 자연석으로 돌출된 벽돌을 만드는 공정으로 이루어져 벽들 표면에 자연석이나 조약돌 등을 돌출시켜 자연적인 미감을 얻은 수 있게 벽돌 제조방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 베이스판 위에 안착된 케이스 내부에 모래를 채운 상태에서 벽돌 표면 돌출재인 다수개의 자연석을 각각 모래속으로 소정치 만큼 삽입시켜 벽돌 표면모양을 결정하는 벽돌 표면모양 결정공정과, 상기 벽돌 표면모양결정공정에서 모래에 자연석이 삽입된 케이스 위에 벽돌형틀을 적층시킨 후 상기 벽돌형틀에 콘크리트(진흙)를 주입시켜 압착하는 압착공정과, 상기 압착공정에서 압착되어 케이스 위에 적층된 벽돌을 소성시키는 소정공정과, 상기 소정공정에서 소성된 벽돌과 케이스를 분리한 후 모래를 제거하여 표면이 자연석으로 돌출된 벽돌을 만드는 공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 벽돌 제조방법.
  2. 이송수단에 의해서 이송되는 베이스판과, 상기 베이스판 위에 안착되고 그 내부에 모래와 자연석이 삽입되는 케이스와, 상기 케이스위에 적층되어 투입되는 콘크리트를 벽돌 형태로 만드는 벽돌형틀과, 상기 벽돌형틀 내부에 투입된 콘크리트를 압착하는 압축기와, 상기 압축기에 의해서 압축되고, 소성된 벽돌표면과 자연석에 묻어 있는 모래를 제거하는 모래제거기로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 벽돌 제조방법.
  3. 콘크리트나 진흙에 자연석을 혼합하여 구성하되, 상기 자연석이 표면으로 돌출되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 벽돌.
