Abstract

본 발명은, 강화금속 복합재료를 제조하기 위한 종래의 용탕 단조법에 있어서, 예비 성형체의 높이를 부피조절용 지그(JIG)에 의하여 미리 조정하고, 높이가 조정된 예비성형체를 이 지그에 넣은채 금형내에 수납하여 용탕단조하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 강화금속복합재료 제조방법으로서, 이때 부피조절용 지그는 하부지지판(12) 상부에 기둥(14)이 세워지고 이 기둥에 의하여 상판(11)이 높이 조절이 가능하도록 지지되어져 있으며, 상판에는 지름이 1.5~2㎜인 구멍이 1㎝당 4~9개 형성되어져 있는 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 강화금속복합재료를 제조하기 위한 종래의 용탕단조법에 있어서, 예비성형체의 높이를 부피 조절용 지그(JIG)에 의하여 미리 조정하고, 높이가 조정된 예비성형체를 이 지그에 넣은채 금형내에 수납하여 용탕단조하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 강화금속 복합재료의 제조방법.
  2. 하부지지판(12) 상부에 기둥 (14)이 세워지고, 이 기둥에 의하여 상판(11)이 높이 조절이 가능하도록 지지 되어져 있으며, 상판에는 지름이 1.3~2㎜인 구멍이 1㎝당 4~9개 형성되어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부피조절용 지그.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 하부지지판에 지름이 1.5~2㎜인 반구체의 홈이 1㎝당 4~9개 형성되어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부피조절용 지그.
