제1도는 종래의 하주법(下注法)주괴 제조장치를 구성하는 주형, 받침대, 수직 주입통로와 레이들(ladle)부분을 나타내는 횡단면도. 제2도는 본 발명에 따르는 주괴 제조장치를 나타내는 수직 횡단면도. 제3도는 본 발명에 따른 주입통로의 배치를 나타내는 평면도이며, 제3a, 3b, 3c도는 각기 주입통로를 한개, 두개, 세개 배치한 것을 나타내는 도면. 제4도는 주형과 주입통로의 일부를 나타낸 본 발명에 따른 금속받이 용기의 다른 실시예를 나타내는 수직 횡단면도.

Claims (7)

  1. 대체적으로 원통형인 주형을 받침대위에 설치시키고, 수직 주입통로를 받침대에 제공된 탕도에 연결시키며, 용융금속을 주입통로와 탕도를 통해 주형의 저부로부터 주형에 공급시키는 것으로 구성되는 주괴를 만드는데 있어서 주형, 받침대, 주입통로가 대체적으로 주형의 수직중앙축에 관해 회전하는 동안 용융금속을 공급시킴을 특징으로 하는 주괴 제조방법.
  2. 대체적으로 원통형인 주형, 탕도를 가진 위에 주형이 설치하는 받침대, 받침대안의 탕도에 연결되는 수직주입통로와 주입통로의 상부와 연결되는 금속받이 용기로 구성되는 주괴 제조장치에 있어서, 받침대가 설치되는 회전테이블, 수직축에 관하여 회전이 가능한 회전테이블과 테이블을 회전시키기 위한 장치와 상부에 구멍을 가지며 수직평면에서 회전테이블의 회전축에 관한 회전곡선에 의해 형성되는 회전몸체 형태를 취하는 금속받이 용기로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 주지 제조장치.
  3. 금속받이 용기가 깔때기 모양이고 주입통로의 상부에 연결되는 수평 엘보우에 부착됨을 특징으로 하는 특허청구범위 제2항에 따르는 주괴 제조장치.
  4. 금속받이 용기가 환형통으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 특허청구범위 제2항에 따르는 주괴 제조장치.
  5. 주입통로를 주형의 벽안에 제공시킴을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제2항에 따르는 주괴 제조장치.
  6. 주입통로가 주형의 외벽에 부착되는 파이프로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 특허청구범위 제2항에 따르는 주괴 제조장치.
  7. 압탕이 주형위에 설치되고, 이 압탕이 주형안이나 주형벽에 부착되는 주입통로와 연결되는 수직구멍을 가지며, 금속받이용기 조립체가 금속받이 용기를 포함하고 이 금속받기용기 조립체가 금속받이 용기와 수직구멍을 연결시키기 위해 압탕위에 설치되는 환형 프레임과 혼형 프레임에 들어맞는 연락통로로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 특허청구범위 제5항이나 6항에 따르는 주괴 제조장치.
