Abstract

본 발명은 컴팩트 디스크 대화형 플레이어의 팩스밀리 통신장치에 관한 것으로서, 이는 일반적인 컴팩트 디스크 대화형 플레이어에 팩스밀리 모뎀과 그를 위한 프로그램을 추가하여 컴팩트 디스크 대화형 본래의 기능외에 사용자가 팩스밀리를 송/수신할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
이와같은 본 발명은 전화라인을 통해 수신된 신호를 복조하고 송신데이타를 변조하여 전화라인으로 송출하는 팩스밀리 모뎀과, 상기 팩스밀리 모뎀과 컴팩트 디스크 대화형 시스템에 구비된 중앙처리장치와의 전송속도를 맞추어 송수신 데이타를 인터페이스하여 주는 인터페이스수단과, 상기 팩스밀리의 송수신에 필요한 각종 프로그램을 저장하였다가 팩스밀리 송수신시에 상기 중앙처리장치로 프로그램을 제공하여 주는 프로그램롬을 포함하여 이루어짐으로서 달성된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 전화라인을 통해 수신된 신호를 복조하고 송신 데이타를 변조하여 전화라인으로 송출하는 팩스밀리 모뎀과, 상기 팩스밀리 모뎀과 컴팩트 디스크 대화형 시스템에 구비된 중앙처리장치와의 전송속도를 맞추어 송수신 데이타를 인터페이스하여 주는 인터페이스수단과, 상기 팩스밀리의 송수신에 필요한 각종 프로그램을 저장하였다가 팩스밀리 송수신시에 상기 중앙처리장치로 프로그램을 제공하여 주는 프로그램을 포함하여 된 컴팩트 디스크 대화형 플레이어의 팩시밀리 통신장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 프로그램은 사용자에게 팩스밀리의 송/수신환경을 그래픽을 제공하고 주어진 명령에 따라 팩스밀리의 내용을 화면에 표시 및 표시된 내용을 팩스밀리로 전송하는 사용자 인터페이스 프로그램과, 상기 사용자 인터페이스 프로그램에 의해 팩스밀리 모뎀과 인터페이스수단을 제어하는 디바이스 드라이버 프로그램과, 송,수신 데이타를 부호화 및 복호화하는 변형 허프만 코드 엔코딩/디코딩 프로그램과,를 내장한 것을 특징으로 한 컴팩트 디스크 대화형 플레이어의 팩스밀리 통신장치.
