Abstract

본 발명은 (ⅰ) 수성 모액으로부터 증발에 의해 질산을 제거하여 최대 약 2.5중량%의 질산 잔류 함량을 갖는 농축물을 얻은 단계, (ⅱ) 단계(ⅰ)에서 얻은 농축물을 약 1 : 2.1 내지 약 1 : 1.2의 고체 대 액체의 중량비에 대응하는 양의 물 또는 묽은 질산과 혼합하는 단계, (ⅲ) 상기 단계(ⅱ)에서 첨가된 물 또는 상기 단계(ⅱ)에서 첨가된 질산을 약 20 내지 약 80℃에서 약 10분 이상의 기간동안 상기 농축물에 작용시키는 단계, 및 (ⅳ) (1) 온도가 35℃이하의 단계(ⅲ)동안 또는 (2) 단계(ⅲ) 이후에 단계(ⅲ)에서 얻은 혼합물을 약 10 내지 약 35℃로 냉각함으로써 형성된 아디프산을 결정으로서 분리하는 단계를 포함하는, 공업적 아디프산 제조 과정동안 생기는 수성 질산 모액으로부터 아디프산을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. (ⅰ) 숙신산 약 2 내지 약 8중량%, 글루타르산 약 4 내지 약 10중량% 및 아디프산 약 2 내지 약 25중량% 및 질산 (상기 숙신산, 글루타르산 및 아디프산을 포함시키지 않고 수성 질산을 기준으로 한 농도) 약 40 내지 약 60중량%를 함유하는 공업적 아디프산 제조공정 동안 생기는 수성 질산 모액으로부터 증발에 의해 질산을 제거하여 증발 잔류물의 증량에 대해 최대 약 2.5중량%의 질산 잔류 함량을 갖는 농축물을 얻는 단계, (ⅱ) 단계(ⅰ)에서 얻은 농축물을 약 1 : 2.1 내지 약 1 : 1.2의 고체 대 액체의 중량비에 대응하는 양의 물 또는 최대 약 10중량%의 질산 함량을 갖는 수성 질산과 혼합하는 단계, (ⅲ) 상기 단계(ⅱ)에서 첨가된 물 또는 상기 단계(ⅱ)에서 첨가된 질산을, 임의로 계속하여 혼합시키고 농축물을 적어도 일부 용해시키면서, 약 20 내지 약 80℃에서 약 10분 이상의 기간동안 상기 농축물에 작용시키는 단계, 및 (ⅳ) 상기 단계 (ⅲ)의 액상(여기서, 액상은 글루타르산을 함유함)으로부터 아디프산을 결정으로서 분리시키는 단계(여기서, 아디프산의 결정은 (1) 단계 (ⅲ)의 온도가 약 35℃이하인 경우에는 단계(ⅲ)도중에 또는 (2) 단계(ⅲ)의 온도가 약 35℃보다 높은 경우에는 단계(ⅲ)이후에 단계(ⅲ)에서 얻은 혼합물을 약 10 내지 약 35℃로 냉각함으로써 형성됨)를 포함하는, 상기 수성질산모액으로부터 아디프산을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(ⅲ)에서는 단계(ⅱ)에 따라 얻은 혼합물을 23 내지 70℃에서 30분 이상의 기간동안 교반시키고, 단계(ⅳ)에서는 23 내지 30℃의 온도에서 존재하는 결정성 아디프산 또는 상기 혼합물을 23 내지 30℃의 온도로 냉각시킨 후 결정화된 아디프산을 액상으로부터 제거하는 것인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(ⅳ)의 액상으로부터 물과 질산을 증발시켜 제거함으로써 글루타르산을 함유하는 산 혼합물을 얻는 단계(ⅴ)를 추가로 포함하는 것인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 용액 또는 용융물로서 이온 교환제 및(또는) 활성탄으로 임의 단계에서 처리하여 중금속 및(또는) 다른 불순물을 제거하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것인 방법.
