Abstract

본 발명은 자연광물인 규조토(Diatomaceous earth)를 단독으로 사용하거나 금속산화물과 일정 비율로 복합체화된 상태로 사용하여 제조된 세라믹 다공체 및 이 다공체를 원료로 하여 제조된 저항-습도 특성곡선의 대수직선성이 우수하고 감도가 뛰어날 뿐아니라 기존에 금속산화물만을 원료로 사용하여 제조하던 경우에 비해 제조원가 절감의 효과까지 나타내는 다공성 세라믹 감습소자에 관한 것이다.
제1도는 본 발명에 따라 다공성 세라믹 감습소자를 1000℃로 열처리하여 제조한 후, 25℃에서 상대습도 변화에 따른 저항-습도 특성곡선의 변화를 도시한 그래프이다.
제2도는 본 발명에 따라 다공성 세라믹 감습소자를 1100℃ 및 1200℃로 각각 열처리하여 제조한 후, 25℃에서 상대습도 변화에 따른 저항-습도 특성곡선의 변화를 도시한 그래프이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 규조토를 원료로 사용하여 제조함을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 다공체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 금속 산화물을 10 내지 90중량% 함유함을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 다공체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 금속 산화물이 산화철인 세라믹 다공체.
  4. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 세라믹 다공체 제조시의 열처리 온도가 900 내지 1200℃임을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 다공체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 규조토가 SiO2를 65중량% 이상 함유함을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 다공체.
  6. 제1항의 세라믹 다공체로 부터 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 다공성 세라믹 감습소자.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 기공경이 2.0㎛ 이하인 다공성 세라믹 감습소자.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 기공용적이 0.04 내지 0.5cc/g인 다공성 세라믹 감습소자.
