Abstract

여과기 특히 주로 동심형 여과 삽입물(10)으로된 원주 방향에서 외곽으로부터 내부로 관류되는 유체 여과기의 제안 내용이다.
여과 삽입물(10)에는 조대오물 수거실이 감안되어 있다. 이것은 관으로 구성되어 있는 바 위치상 아래 단판(13)에서 나와 여과 삽입물(10)에 인접 또는 부착되며 여과 삽입물 길이의 1/2까지 뻗어 있다.

Claims (9)

  1. 여과기로서 원주방향에서 외곽으로부터 내부로 관류하며, 그의 상하측면에는 단판이 있고, 여과 하우싱, 원유체 유입구 및 정화유체 배출구를 갖추고 있으며, 이때 여과 삽입물에는 조대오물의 수거실이 마련되어 있는 특히 주로 동심여과 삽입물을 갖춘 유체여과기에 있어서, 여과 삽입물(10)에 인접 또는 부착된 파이프(31)는 위치로 보아 아래 단판(13)으로부터 튀어나와 여과 삽입물(10) 길이의 최소한 반 특히 20mm이상까지 뻗어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 관(31)은 세목의 망상조직, 종이나 또는 연질 모피로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 관(31)은 다공박판이나 다공지류로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과기.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 여과 삽입물(10)의 하부에 이차 여과기(32)가 감안되어 있으며 최저압 밸브(33)가 설치되어 있어서 원유체측과 유체측 간에 일정 압력하에서 이차 여과기(32)가 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과기.
  5. 상기 청구항들 중 하나의 항에 있어서, 하우싱에는 기저 유출 밸브(18)가 들어 있어서 여과 삽입물(10) 제거시에 열리는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과기.
  6. 제1항에 의한 여과기에 적용하기 위한 여과가 삽입물에 있어서, 주로 지그재그형으로 접혀진 여과재로서 동심형으로 구성되어 있는 바 그의 양단에는 단판(12,13)이 들어 있으며 위치상 하부 단판(13)으로부터 나와 최소한 외곽 시린더를 형성하는 관(23)은 위로 뻗어 있고, 이때 이 관(23)은 상부나 중간부 위에서 유입구멍을 보이거나 열려 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과기 삽입물
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 관(23)은 여과 매체의 것과 유사한 크기의 세공을 가진 망상체조직, 연질 모피나 지류인 것을 특징으로 하는 여과기 삽입물
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 관(23)은 단판으로 고정체결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과기 삽입물.
  9. 제6항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 여과 삽입물은 이에 따라서 오물 수집관(31)에는 수거에 레멘트(36,37,38)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과기 삽입물.
