Abstract

본 발명은 생화학적 및 형태학적 효율성을 높인 조직 배양 방법 및 이를 실시하기에 적합한 조직 배양 장치에 관한 것으로, 배양 조직이 얹힌 메쉬와 배양 배지가 들어 있는 배양관을 일정 속도로 회진시키면서 조직의 배양을 수행하는 방법에 있어서, 배양 배지와 접촉하는 메쉬의 면적과 기체와 접촉하는 메쉬의 면적이 1 : 3의 비율로 유지되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조직 배양 방법 및 이를 실시하기에 적합하도록 된 장치는, 형태학적 및 생화학적 효율성이 높은 조직을 배양할 수 있으므로 조직의 구조 및 기능에 관한 연구에 유용한 것이 될 수 있다.

Claims (7)

  1. 배양 조직이 얹힌 메쉬와 배양 배지가 들어 있는 배양관을 일정 속도로 회전시키면서 조직의 배양을 수행하는 방법에 있어서, 배양 배지와 접촉하는 메쉬의 면적과 기체와 접촉하는 메쉬의 면적이 1 : 3의 비율로 유지되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조직 배양 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 메쉬가 상기 배지와 접촉하는 시간과 공기와 접촉하는 시간이 1 : 3으로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 메쉬가 정사각기둥의 형태로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배양관이 5 내지 8 rpm 정도의 속도로 회전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 밀봉 가능한 원통형 배양관 ; 상기 배양관 내부에 꼭 맞도록 된 정사각기둥 형의 메쉬 ; 상기 배양관을 회전시키는 수단 ; 및 상기 배양관에 멸균된 기체를 고압으로 공급하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조직 배양 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 메쉬가 스테인레스 스틸 재질로 되고 망목의 크기가 200 내지 400㎛ 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제5항에 있어서 상기 배양관에 공급되는 가스가 1 내지 3atm으로 유지되는 95% O2/5% C02인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
