Abstract

본 발명은 투사형 화상표시장치에 관한 것으로서, 고휘도의 백색광을 방사하는 광원과, 상기 광원에서 방사된 백색광을 소정 형상으로 만들어 통과시키는 소스스토퍼와, 상기 소정형상을 이루는 백색광을 x축을 따라 소정 각도를 꺽어 반사시키는 반사거울과, 상기 백색광을 단위화소별로 광로를 조절하여 반사하는 광로조절기와, 상기 백색광이 결상되며 구멍에 비례하여 백색광을 통과시키는 투사스토퍼와, 상기 투사스토퍼에 결상시키는 필드렌즈와, AMA면을 광분리기면에 일대일 대응되도록 결상시켜주는 릴레이 렌즈와; 도달한 백색광을 적색, 녹색 및 청색으로 분리시켜주는 광분리기와; 상기 광분리기를 통과한 광을 화면에 투사시켜주는 투사렌즈를 구비한다. 따라서, 본 발명은 종전의 광분리기에서 산란광과 반사광으로 인한 휘도대비의 저하와 노이즈를 제거할 수 있다. 또한, 광로차에 의한 광량조절 특성이 저하되는 것을 방지한다.

제3도는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 투사형 화상표시장치의 개략도.

Claims (2)

  1. 고휘도의 백색광을 방사하는 광원과, 상기 광원에서 방사된 백색광을 소정 형상으로 만들어 통과시키는 소스스토퍼와, 상기 소정형상을 이루는 백색광을 x축을 따라 소정 각도를 꺽어 반사시키는 반사거울과, 상기 백색광을 y축에 대해 소정 각도로 입사시켜 단위 화소별로 광로를 조절하여 반사하는 광로조절기와, 상기 광로가 조절된 백색광이 결상되며 구멍을 통해 조절된 정도에 비례하여 백색광을 통과시키는 투사스토퍼와, 상기 광로조절기에서 반사된 광을 손실없이 상기 투사스토퍼에 결상시키는 필드렌즈와, 상기 필드렌즈를 투과한 백색광을 적색, 녹색 및 청색의 광으로 분리하는 광분리기와, 상기 광로조절기로 부터 반사된 광을 광분리기의 면에 결상시키는 릴레이 렌즈와, 상기 광분리기를 통해 분리된 색광을 화면으로 투사시키는 투사렌즈를 구비하는 투사형 화상표시장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 릴레이 렌즈가 1개 또는 다수개로 구성된 투사형 화상표시장치.
