본 발명은 모니터에 관한 것으로서, 특히 모드 절환시 입력되는 수평 동기 신호가 없는 동안 발생되는 프리 런닝(Free-Running)주파수를 변경함으로써, 고화질을 구현할 수 있는 모니터의 프리 런닝 주파수 제어 회로에 관한 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
