Abstract
본 발명은 면광원장치를 개시한다.
본 발명은 상호 대향되게 설치되어 밀폐된 방전공간을 형성하는 배면판 및 전면판과, 상기 전면판과 배면판 사이의 양측면에 대향되도록 설치된 제1, 2전극과 전면판의 상면과 배면판의 하면에 각각 형성되며 제1, 2전극중 하나의 전극과 통전되는 보조방전수단과, 상기 전면판과 배면판의 방전공간 내면이 적어도 일측에 형성된 형광체층을 구비하여 구성된 것을 그 특징이 있으며, 이는 그 구조가 간만하고 균일한 발광휘도를 얻을 수 있는 잇점을 가진다.

Claims (5)
- 상호 대향되게 설치되어 밀폐된 방전공간을 형성하는 배면판 및 전면판과, 상기 전면판과 배면판 사이의 양측면에 대향되도록 설치된 제1, 2전극과, 전면판의 상면과 배면판의 하면에 각각 형성되며 제1, 2전극중 하나의 전극과 통진되는 보조방전수단과, 상기 전면판과 배면판의 방전공간 내면이 적어도 일측에 형성된 형광체층을 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 면광원 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보조 방전수단이 전면판과 배면판의 상면과 하면에 각각 형성되며 상기 제1, 2전극중 적어도 하나의 전극과 통전되는 투명도전성 막으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 면굉원 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배면판의 하면에 형광체층으로부터 발생된 광을 전면판 측으로 반사시키는 반사판이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 면광원 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제3항중 적어도 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 배면판과 전면판이 유전체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 면광원 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 반사막이 배면판의 하면에 알루미늄이 증착되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 면광원 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
