Abstract

본 발명은 전자렌지의 도어 안전회로에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 후크에 의해서만 도어가 잠기도록 되어있는데, 이는 밀폐용기가 조리실내에서 폭발하면 도어가 열러 파편이 튀어나올 수 있는 위험이 있었다.
본 발명은 이를 감안하여 별도의 잠금편을 설치하고 그 잠금편을 솔레노이드에 의해 잠글 수 있도록 구성한 전자렌지에 있어서, 시작릴레이의 제2스위치를 통하여 저압트렌스의 전원이 직류정류부를 거쳐 솔레노이드에 인가되게 안전회로를 구성함으로써, 조리중에만 잠금편에 의한 보안적인 도어 잠금이 이루어지므로, 밀폐용기 폭발시에도 도어가 열리지 않아 위험을 방지할 수 있게된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 전자렌지 도어에 한쌍의 도어후크 이외에 구멍(10a)을 가진 잠금편(10)을 돌설하고, 그 잠금편(1O)의 구멍(10a)에 샤프트(20a)가 끼워지는 솔레노이드(20)를 전면판(3) 내측에 설치하여 이루어진 전자렌지에 있어서, 제1스위치(RY11)에 의해 각 부하구동 전원을 제어하는 시작릴레이(RY1)를 상기 제1스위치(RY11)와 연동되는 제2스위치(RY12)가 있는 릴레이로 설치하고, 그 시작릴레이(RY1)의 제2스위치(RY12)를 통하여 저압트랜스(L.V.T)의 출력전원이 직류 정류부(21)를 통하여 상기한 솔레노이드(20)에 인가될 수 있도록 결선하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자렌지의 도어안전회로.
