CONSTITUTION:When excessive current flows due to locking effect of a motor 1 or the like and the motor 1 may be damaged by burning, a relay 120 for preventing the motor 1 from damage of burning acts to shut a circuit. And when an operation is continued without opening a contact even if a pressure reaches given level on account of malfunction of a pressure switch 19 or each part of the motor 1 has unusual high temperature with its loadless operation, a thermo- switch 160 serves to open the contact to shut the circuit. In the surface of a condensor 130 there is a large temperature increase difference between normal and abnormal operations compared with coil part and therefore the condensor 130 is liable to accept abnormalness.
