Abstract
본 발명은 굴삭기의 부하가 많이 걸리는 작동기가 급작스럽게 조작되어도, 펌프의 토출유량이 급격하게 증가되지 않게 하여 해당 작동기와 굴삭기의 차체가 흔들거리지 않도록 하여 안전성과 조작성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 굴삭기의 유량제어장치에 관한 것으로, 유압을 발생시키는 펌프(101,102)와 함께 구동되는 보조펌프(201)에서 토출되는 압유가 이송되는 보조펌프라인(202)에 조이스틱(117)으로 압유를 공급해 주기 위해 라인(203)과, 메인콘트롤밸브(204)내부에 구비되어 있는 로직라인(205,206)으로 압유를 공급하는 라인(207)이 서로 병렬 연결되고, 상기 보조펌프라인(202)에는 연결라인(208)을 매개하여 전자비례감압제어밸브(209)이 연결되어 있으며, 이 전자비례감압제어밸브(209)의 출구는 셔틀밸브(210,211)을 통하여 상기 메인콘트롤밸브(204)의 네가콘 라인(137,138)과 각각 연결되어 있는 한편, 상기 라인(205,206)에는 로직오리피스(212,213)와 압력스위치(214,2I5)가 각각 설치되어 있고, 상기 압력스위치(214,215)에서 출력되는 전기적신호는 전자제어기(216)로 입력되어 제어되도록 되어 있으며, 상기 전자제어기(216)의 출력단은 상기 전자비례감압제어밸브(209)의 솔레노이드(217)와 전기적으로 연결되어 있는 구조로 되어 있다.According to the present invention, even when an actuator that is heavily loaded with an excavator is suddenly operated, the discharge flow rate of the pump does not increase rapidly, so that the actuator and the vehicle body of the excavator are not shaken to improve safety and operability.
