Abstract

본 발명은 실리카 담체에 시클로펜타디에닐 티타늄 트리클로라이드(메타로센(metallocene))를 담지시킨 실리카 담지 메탈로센 촉매를 제조하고 이를 이용함을 특징으로 하는 신디오택틱 폴리스티렌의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 촉매로서 메탈로센 또는 유기금속화합물을 실리카에 담지한 촉매를 이용함을 특징으로 하는 신디오택틱 폴리스티렌의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 실리카는 실란화합물 또는 이의 유도체로 전처리한 것임을 특징으로 하는 신디오택틱 폴리스티렌의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 실란화합물은 디클로로디메틸실란(Cl2Si(CH3)2)임을 특징으로 하는 신디오택틱 폴리스티렌의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 실리카는 알킬알루미늄 또는 이의 유도체로 전처리한 것임을 특징으로 하는 신디오택틱 폴리스티렌의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 알킬알루미늄화합물 또는 이의 유도체는 메틸알루미늄, 에틸알루미늄, 이소부틸알루미늄 또는 메틸알루미녹산임을 특징으로 하는 신디오택틱 폴리스티렌의 제조방법.
