Abstract

본 발명은 제지제조겅정 및 화력발전소에서 산업 폐기물로써 발생되는 폐이쉬에 폴리머수지를 결합재로서 사용하여 일정한 두께로 제조되고, 전체 표면 및 내부에 개방형 미세기포(Opened micro cell)가 불규칙적으로 고르게 분산 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하며, 본 발명에 의하여 제지생산공정 또는 제지제조공정 및 화력발전소에서 산업폐기물로써 발생되는 폐애쉬를 효과적으로 재활용할 수 있으므로, 공해물질인 폐 산업쓰레기를 상당히 줄일 수 있으며, 또한, 폴리머수지를 결합재로서 사용함으로서, 제품의 내구성을 향상시키고 인장 및 휨강도, 특히 인성(toughness)을 높여 단면의 치수를 줄일 수 있고, 중량감소를 통해 재료비나 운반 설치비를 절감시킬 수 있다. 본 발명에 의해 생산된 개방형 미세기포로 분산시켜서 만든 발포세라믹 흡음 및 방진판은 저음, 저진동에 특히 효과적인 흡음 및 방진효과를 나타낸다.The present invention is produced to a certain thickness by using a polymer resin as a binder in waste wastes generated as industrial wastes in papermaking and thermal power plants, and the open micro-cells are uniformly distributed on the entire surface and inside.
