Abstract

본 발명은 제지제조공정에서 산업 폐기물로써 발생되는 펄프 슬러지를 재활용하는 방안 및 효과있는 흡음·방진판을 제공하기 위한 것으로서, 본 발명의 흡음 방진판은 펄프슬러지와 시멘트를 주성분으로 하여 이루어진 일정한 두께의 고체층 전체에 펄프피브릴이 잘 발달된 펄프 섬유와 미세기포가 불규칙적으로 고르게 분산 형성되어 있는 경량의 발포 섬유상 고체층과, 상기 경량의 발포 고체층의 일단면에 일체 형으로 부착되어 있는 지지 복합판넬로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 흡음·방진판의 제조방법은 펄프슬러지 150 내지 250kg에 시멘트 750내지 850kg을 혼합하고, 이 혼합물에 시멘트의 양에 대해 0.35 내지 0.45중량%의 물을 첨가하여 다시 혼합해서 시멘트 슬러리를 제조하고, 2 내지 4%용액으로 회식시킨 발포제를 기포분산을 고르게 분포시키기 위하여 10기압 정도의 압축공기를 투입시키면서 상기 시멘트슬러리에 혼합시키고, 고속으로 강하게 교반시켜서 혼합하여 경량의 발포 섬유상 고체층을 지지복합판넬에 고착시키는 것으로 이루어져 있다. 본 발명에 의하여 제지생산공정에서 산업폐기물로써 발생되는 펄프슬러지를 효과적으로 재활용할 수 있으며, 따라서, 공해물질인 산업폐기 쓰레기를 상당히 줄일 수 있으며, 본 발명에 의해 생산된 경량의 발포 흡음 및 방진판은 저음, 저진동에 특히 효과적인 흡음 및 방진효과를 나타낸다.The present invention is to provide a method for recycling pulp sludge generated as industrial waste in the papermaking process and to provide an effective sound absorbing and dustproof plate, wherein the sound absorbing dustproof plate of the present invention has a constant thickness composed mainly of pulp sludge and cement.
