산업폐수를 처리하는 방법으로서, 먼저 제염공정 부산물인 것으로서, 이온교환막법과 다중 효용 증발관법등을 사용하는 기계염 제조공정에서 발생한 간수, 천일염 제조 공정에서 발생한 간수, 암염이나 천일염으로부터 정제염 제조시 제조공정에서 발생한 간수, 기계염, 천일염, 정제염 보관중에 발생한 간수, 그밖의 소금제조, 보관과정 중 발생한 간수를 그대로 혹은 증발 농축 혹은 여과 등 정제하여 이를 Ca(OH)2 및 NaOH등 알칼리제를 사용 pH=8 이상으로 유지한 염색폐수, 염료폐수, 피혁페수, 인쇄폐수, 제지폐수, 식품폐수, 펄프폐수, 화학폐수 등 산업폐수에 (원 폐수의 pH가 10 이상일 경우는 Ca(OH)2 및 NaOH 등 알칼리제를 사용하지 않을 수 있음)주입하여 (폐수 성상에 따라 응집효과를 높이기 위하여 폐수에 CaCl2나 CaCO3 혹은 CaSO4를 적당량 넣을 수 있음) 이 용액을 수분동안 교반한 후 응집 침전시키거나 또는 침전용액을 여과시켜 색도, 탁도, 부유 고형물, 황, 유기물 등을 저감하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제염공정 부산물을 이용한 산업폐수 처리방법.As a method of treating industrial wastewater, firstly, it is a byproduct of the decontamination process, which is produced in a mechanical salt manufacturing process using an ion exchange membrane method and a multi-effect evaporation tube method, a liver water generated in a natural salt manufacturing process, a rock salt or a natural salt in a manufacturing process in the production of purified salts.
