Abstract

본 발명은 전기도금강판의 지문처리후 발생되는 내지문폐용액을 처리하는 방법에 관한 것으로써, 내지문폐용액에 적정량의 염산 또는 황산을 첨가하므로써 내지문폐용액중의 수지성분을 응고시켜 산업폐기물인 내지문폐용액을 안정적으로 용이하게 처리할 수 있는 내지문폐용액 처리방법을 제공하고자 하는데, 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 수지를 6-20% 함유하고 있는 내지문폐용액에, 폐용액중의 수지성분1g에 대하여 염산(HCl)의 함량이 0.09-0.18g, 또는 황산(H2SO4)의 함량이 0.09-0.19g이 되도록 염산용액 또는 황산용액을 첨가하여 폐용액중의 수지 성분을 응고시켜 내지 문폐용액을 처리하는 방법을 그 요지로 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 수지를 6-20% 함유하고 있는 내지문폐용액에, 폐용액중의 수지성분1g에 대하여 염산(HCl)의 함량이 0.09-0.18g, 또는 황산(H2SO4)의 함량이 0.09-0.19g이 되도록 염산용액 또는 황산용액을 첨가하여 폐용액중의 수지 성분을 응고시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 내지문폐용액을 처리방법.
