BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a heating tip of an electric soldering iron, and in particular, to sharply form the tip of the tip to provide a tab suitable for precise unstable soldering work such as an IC circuit.

4 is an example (I) of the tip of a conventional soldering iron, which is simply a conical cut of the end of the bar (a), whereby the bar (a) exposed by lead is easily eroded. The tip of the conical copper rod (a), which is soldered, becomes thicker, and solder is applied to parts other than the soldered portion, which is not suitable for soldering complicated and precise parts such as IC circuits.

FIG. 4b shows an example (II) of a conventional soldering iron tip, which is used by plating chromium on rails (a) with the exception of the conical end, and it is difficult to uniformly form a plating layer. Since the copper rod (a) is hot at the time of soldering, the plating layer is easily damaged and the tip of the tip must be thickened in order to have a certain life. Therefore, there is a problem in that it is not suitable for precise soldering work such as an IC circuit.

In view of the above, the present invention forms a welded portion at the end of the copper pipe and inserts the steel end piece into the welded portion so that the copper pipe is inserted into the stainless steel tip body to fix the steel rod end piece and the stainless steel tip body. By forging a piece in a conical shape, the tip of the tip can be sharply formed so as to provide a heating tip of a soldering iron suitable for soldering a precise part such as an IC circuit.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The welding portion 2 is formed at the end of the heat generating copper pipe 1, the steel tip piece 3 is inserted into the welding portion 2 to be welded, and the copper pipe 1 is attached to the stainless steel tip body 4. By inserting the remaining portion of the steel tip piece (3) and the stainless steel tip body (4) is to be forged by the steel tip piece (3) to conical shape.

As described above, the manufacturing process of the present invention first forms a welded portion 2 into which the steel tip piece 3 can be fitted in front of the copper pipe 1, and the steel tip piece 3 is inserted into the welded part 2. Weld Welding the steel tip piece 3 to the weld portion 2 is to prevent the iron tip piece 3 from being detached during the forging operation.

In the state where the steel tip piece 3 is fixed to the molten metal part 2 of the copper pipe 1, the stainless tip body 4 is covered with the remaining part, and the steel tip piece 3 is forged in a conical shape. Fixing the steel tip piece 3 and the stainless tip body 4 to the pipe 1 completes the manufacture of the tip.

Since the tip is made of hollow copper pipes 1, it is not necessary to form a heater insertion hole by lathe or drilling in order to install a heater.

In addition, the iron tip piece 3 fixed to the front of the copper pipe 1 by forging work is more durable than the plating layer, so that the tip end portion of the tip can be more sharply manufactured. This sharper tip tip means that it is possible to provide a tip suitable for soldering intricately precise parts such as IC circuits.

In addition, since the copper pipe 1 of the present invention is surrounded by a stainless material tip body 4 having excellent heat retention, it is possible to reduce heat loss emitted to the outside during soldering, for example, which requires a lot of work time. Even for large workpieces, the heated tip temperature is maintained for a long time so that there is no risk of lead hardening during operation.

As described above, the present invention forms a welded portion 2 at the end of the copper pipe 1 to insert the steel tip 3 into the welded portion 2 and insert the stainless tip body 4 into the remaining portion. By forging the steel tip piece 3 in a conical shape so that the piece 3 and the stainless tip body 4 are fixed, the tip end of the tip can be formed more sharply, which is suitable for soldering precise parts such as an IC circuit. It is possible to provide the heating tip of the soldering iron.
