Abstract

시트고무의 디핑 및 건조장치에 있어서, 디핑롤(4)의 중앙에는 오목부(14)가 형성되고 상기 디핑을 중앙의 오목부(14)에 대응되는 부위의 콘베이어 벨트(7)에는 개방부(14')가 형성되어 그 오목부(14) 및 개방부(14)에 대응되게 상기 콘베이어 벨트(7) 하부에 스크루펀처(5)의 톱니(13)가 위치된 것으로 구성된 시트 고무의 디핑 및 건조장치로서 건조가 빠르게 정확하고 용이한 특징이 있다

Claims (1)

  1. 고무 시트 형성롤러(2) 다음의 디핑탱크(Dipping tank)(6), 쿤베이어 벨트(7) 및 그 다음에 장착된 냉각 및 건조장치인 배치 오프 머신(9)으로 구성되고 상기 성형롤러(2)가 테이크웨어 벨트(take away belt)에 의하여 디핑탱크(6)와 연결되는 것으로 구성된 고무 시트의 디핑 및 건조장치에 있어서, 상기 디핑롤(4)의 중앙에 오목부(14)가 항성되며,상기 디핑롤 중앙의 오목부(14)에 대응되는 부위의 콘베이어 벨트(7)에는 개방부(14')가 형성되고, 상기 오목부(14) 및 개방부(14')와 대응되게 상기 콘베이어 벨트(7) 하부에 스크루펀처(5)의 톱니(B)가 위치되게 구성됨을 특징으로한 시트고무의 디핑 및 건조장치
