Abstract

본 발명은 적어도 2개의 척추뼈들을 안정시키는데 이용되고, 내시경검사에 의하여 제자리에 배치할 수 있는 뼈관절용의 재수용 가능한 연결나사장치를 제공한다. 외측으로 나사못 마루(11)가 제공되어 잇는 단일블록의 관형몸체(1)가 포함되어 있고 나사홈의 저부(16)에 상기 관형몸체(1)내로 통하는 개구부(17)가 포함되어 있고, 관형몸체(1)의 양단부중 하나에 내측으로 나사홈이 파여 있는 폐쇄부재(2,3,6)를 나사로 죄어서 꼭 들어맞게 고정시킬 수 있는 암나사홈(13)이 파여있다.

  1. 적어도 2개의 척추뼈들을 안정시키는데 이용되고, 내시경검사에 의하여 제자리에 배치할 수 잇느 뼈관절용의 재수용 가능한 연결나사장치로서, 외측으로 나사못 마루(11)가 제공되어 있는 단일블록의 관형몸체(1)가 포함되어 있고, 나사홈의 저부(16)에 상기 관형몸체(1)내로 통하는 개구부(17)가 포함되어 잇고, 관형몸체(1)의 양단부중 하나에 내측으로 나사홈이 파여 있는 폐쇄부재(2,3,6)를 나사로 죄어서 꼭 들어맞게 고정시킬수 있는 암나사홈(13)이 파여있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 개구부(17)의 가로연단(18)이 예리하게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 나사못 마루(11)의 하부에 자동적으로 암나사홈으로 이용되는 홈이 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폐색부재(3)에, 관형몸체(1)내에 나사로 죄어붙일 수 있는 나사못 마루와 반대되는 측면에, 작은 로드(4)를 제자리에 배치할 수 있게 하는 홈(32)과 정반대되게 갈라지고, 나사홈이 파여있는 원통형 연장부(31)가 포함되어 있고, 작은 로드(4)가 이러한 연장부(31)상에 나사로 죄어붙이는 암나사(33)에 의하여 홈에 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폐색부재(6)에 나사못(1)상에 금속판(5)을 고정시킬 수 있는 크로 평평한 두부(61)가 포함되어 있고, 이러한 두부가 금속판(5)의 양단부에 제공되어 있는 오리피스(50)중 하나로 나사홈이 파여있는 부분(60)을 통과시킴으로써 나사(1)속으로 도입되고, 나사로 죄어져 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 관형몸체(1)가 생물적합성 금속, 경우에 따라서는 모래에 닦아 내거나 입자화하는 표면처리를 하거나, 생물적합성 금속 또는 수산인회석의 프리스마로 피복된 금속으로 만들어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 관형몸체(1)가 기계로 가공한 티탄으로 만들어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 관형몸체(1)가 가소성 재료 또는 생물흡수성 재료로 만들어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폐색부재(2,3,6)가 생물적합성 금속, 가소성 재료 또는 생물흡수성 재료로 만들어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  10. 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 의한 장치를 실현하는 방법으로서, 외측으로 나사못 마루(11)가 포함되어 있는 관형몸체(1)의 내부격벽내에, 나사못 마루(11)의 저부(16)가 시작될 수 있도록, 나사못 마루의 저부에 대하여 직각으로 관형몸체(1)의 격벽의 두께보다 더 큰 깊이의 세로홈(14)을 기계가공에 의하여 제공하고, 나사못 마루(11)의 나선부들 사이에, 홈과 맞은 편으로 개구부(17)가 생기게 하는 것을 특증로 하는 방법.
  11. 제 10항에 있어서, 관형몸체(1)를 금속선을 기계가공하거나,전기식으로 저부를 도려내어 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
