Abstract
본 발명은 인쇄회로기판 기준 화상 데이터의 기준표식(home-marking)과 검사 화상 데이터의 기준표식이 일치하지 않더라도 이를 자체적으로 보정함으로써 효율적으로 인쇄회로기판을 검사할 수 있는 시각 인식장치를 채용한 인쇄회로기판 검사 시스템의 원점보정방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명은, 검사용 기준표식이 형성되어 있는 PCB를 촬상하여 화상 데이터를 생성하는 CCD 카메라와 상기 화상 데이터를 저장할 수 있는 컴퓨터로 이루어진 시각 인식장치를 채용한 PCB 검사 시스템의 원점 보정방법에 있어서, 검사 기준이 될 수 있는 양품 PCB의 화상 데이터를 구하는 단계와, 검사 PCB의 화상 데이터를 구하는 단계와, 상기 화상 데이터와 기준 화상 데이터를 비교해서 검사용 기준표식간의 위치오차를 구하는 단계와, 상기 기준표식간에 위치오차가 발생되면 상기 화상 데이터를 그 위치오차만큼 보정한 뒤 상기 기준 화상 데이터와 보정된 화상 데이터를 비교하여 검사 PCB의 양품 유.무를 판정하는 단계를 포함함으로써, PCB검사를 효율적으로 수행토록 할 수 있는 이점을 제공한다.According to the present invention, a printed circuit employing a visual recognition device capable of inspecting a printed circuit board efficiently by correcting itself even if the home-marking of printed circuit board reference image data and the reference mark of inspection image data do not coincide.
