Abstract

The workpiece(12) is shaped into a decorative form to grind with a sandcloth and polish with a brightener to a tertiary product(18), which is placed in a softener liquid mixture of water and NaOH to heat at a high temperature for a time. The heated product(18) is bent into a curved shape for decoration and is cooled for the finishing. The decoration plate is produced at a low cost of waste cattle horns.
