Abstract
본 발명은 초음파모터 구동장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 초음파모터에 걸리는 부하변동에 상관없이 일정한 회전수를 얻을 수 있는 초음파모터 구동장치에 관한 것이다. 전압제어발진기(VCO)를 이용하여 모터를 구동시키는 종래의 모터구동장치의 구동신호를 제어하는 것이 힘들었지만, 본 발명은 항상 일정 주파수를 출력하는 수정진동자와 이를 분주하는 카운터에 의해 초음파모터의 구동주파수를 제어함으로써, 모터에 걸리는 부하에 관계없이 초음파모터를 구도하여 전압제어발진기(VCO)를 사용하였을 때보다 구동 주파수의 안정성이 높고 디지탈제어가 가능한 잇점을 제공한다.The present invention relates to an ultrasonic motor driving apparatus, and more particularly, to an ultrasonic motor driving apparatus capable of obtaining a constant rotational speed irrespective of load fluctuations applied to an ultrasonic motor. Although it is difficult to control the drive signal of the conventional motor drive device which drives the motor by using the voltage controlled oscillator (VCO), the present invention drives the ultrasonic motor by a crystal oscillator which always outputs a constant frequency and a counter which divides it. By controlling the frequency, the stability of the driving frequency is higher and the digital control is possible than when using a voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) by constructing an ultrasonic motor regardless of the load on the motor.
