Abstract

본 발명은 동화상 정보처리가 가능한 단파장용 광자기 디스크에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 광자기 디스크를 형성하는 기판상에 적층되는 기록층으로서 단파장에서 커(Kerr)회전각이 높은 층 특성을 갖는 경희토류계의 재생층과 수직자화가 용이한 중희토류계의 기록층으로 분리적층 형성시키므로써 각 재생층과 기록층의 상호교환결으로 인해 커 회전각을 배가시켜 높은 자기 광학 특성을 갖게 되며, 자구(domain)크기를 작게하여도 자구를 안정하게 유지할수 있도록 한 것에 관한 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 기판(1)상에 유전체층(2)을 적층시킨 후, 기록층(3)으로서 단파장영역에서 커회전각이 높은 2층으로 적층된 재생층(3A, 3B)과 수작자화가 용이한 기록층(3C)으로 분리적층시키며, 그 위에 보호층(4)과 반사층(5)을 차례로 적층시켜서 구성된 고밀도의 단파장용 광자기 디스크에 있어서, 상기 기록층(3)을 형성하는 각 박층(3A-3C)의 전체두께(t1-t3)는 150〈 (t1+ t2+ t3) 〈 300범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 단파장용 광자기 디스크.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록층(3)을 형성하는 각 박층(3A-3C)에서의 보자력(Hc1-Hc3)은 Hc〈2〈 Hc1〈Hc3인 것을 특징으로 하는 단파장용 광자기 디스크.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록층(3)을 형성하는 각 박층(3A-3C)에서의 커 회전각( 1- 3)은 2 1 3인 것을 특징으로 하는 단파장용 광자기 디스크.
  4. 제1항내지 제3항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 기록층(3)을 형성하는 각 박층(3A-3C)에서의 각 두께는 70/60/70로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 단파장용 광자기 디스크.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 기록층(3)에서의 재생층(3A, 3B)은 각각 Pr 15%, Tb 13%, Fe 55%, Co 17%과 Nd 15%, Tb 13%, Fe 55%, Co 17%이며, 기록층(3C)은 Tb21%, Fe 70%, Co 9%의 조성비를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 단파장용 광자기 디스크.
