Abstract

본 발명은 슬라이닥스 자동 제어장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 부하에 따라 변화하는 전압의 변동을 자동으로 제어하여 부하의 최말단에 일정한 정격전압이 유지되도록 하는 슬라이닥스 자동 제어장치에 관한 것이다.
이와 같은 본 발명의 슬라이닥스 자동 제어장치에서는 슬라이닥스의 핸들축에 고정하는 볼트식 구동축을 갖는 슬라이닥스 결합장치와, 상기 슬라이닥스 결합장치에 구동전원을 공급하는 서브모터 드라이브와, 상기 서브모터의 회전수를 검출하는 서보 제어장치와, 상기 슬라이닥스에 인가되는 부하전압을 감시하기 위하여 A/D 컨버터를 시켜주는 A/D 변환부와, 상기 슬라이닥스의 제어를 담당하는 메인컴퓨터와의 인터페이스를 가능하게 하는 마이크로 처리장치부와, 입력된 시간별로 공급전압을 자동적으로 변경하게 하는 스텝 메모리 입력이 가능한 키 입력부를 귀하여 변화되는 전압을 항상 일정전압으로 제어하는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 슬라이닥스의 핸들축에 고정하는 볼트식 구동축을 갖는 슬라이닥스 결합장치(11), 상기 슬라이닥스 결합장치(11)에 구동전원을 공급하는 서브모터 드라이브, 상기 서브모터의 회전수를 검출하는 서보 제어장치(12), 상기 슬라이닥스에 인가되는 부하전압을 감시하기 위하여 A/D 컨버터를 시켜주는 A/D 변환부(13), 상기 슬라이닥스의 제어를 담당하는 메인컴퓨터와의 인터페이스를 가능하게 하는 마이크로 처리장치부(14), 입력된 시간별로 공급전압을 자동적으로 변경하게 하는 스텝 메모리 입력이 가능한 키 입력부(15)를 구비하여 변화되는 전압을 항상 일정전압으로 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이닥스 자동 제어장치.
