실시예Example

보도블럭용으로 무늬는 수입석인 적색과 흑색으로 구성된 임페리얼레드 형상으로 규격은 300×300×60㎜로 하여 생산량은 100㎡ 기준하고 색상은 앞채움에만 2.5cm 넣고 뒷채움을 시멘트 다공성 콘크리트로 한다.For the sidewalk block, the pattern is imperial red shape composed of red and black imported stones. 제1공정 : 내경 300×300×60㎜인 형틀 1112개를 표면에 왁스를 살포하여 준비하고 흑색과 적색의 무늬 다공성 콘크리트를 준비하고 뒷채움을 색상이 없는 다공성 콘크리트를 준비한다. 흑색 다공성 콘크리트의 경우 물 39.9kg, 시멘트 114.8kg, 골재 684kg, 유동화재 0.57kg, 아크릴수지(고형분 50%) 2.28kg, 폴리프로필렌 0.21kg, 흑색 안료 0.45kg을 혼합하여 1배합으로 하고 적색 다공성 콘크리트의 경우 물 221kg, 시멘트 63kg, 골재 3780kg, 감수분산제 3.2kg, 폴리프로필렌 1.18kg, 안료 25.2kg을 혼합하여 2배합으로 한다. 시멘트의 다공성 콘크리트의 경우 물 368kg, 시멘트 1057kg, 골재 6,300kg, 감수분산제 5.3kg을 혼합하여 3배합으로 한다.First step: 1112 molds with an inner diameter of 300 × 300 × 60 mm are prepared by spraying wax on the surface, and black and red pattern porous concrete is prepared, and backfill is prepared without porous concrete.
