Abstract
본 발명은 중장비등의 유압장치에 사용되는 홀딩 체크 콘트롤밸브에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 홀딩 체크 콘트롤밸브는, 메인밸브와 메인밸브의 리턴유량을 제어하는 보조밸브를 구비한 홀딩 체크 콘트롤밸브에 있어서, 메이밸브의 엑츄에이터 유로 중에 설치된 체크밸브와, 보조밸브내에 소정 간격을 두고 설치되는 제1 및 제2시팅부와, 제1 및 제2시팅부사이에 형성되며 메인밸브의 스프링실과 연통되는 유압실과, 제1 및 제2시팅부에 의해 관통지지되며 복동가능하도록 설치되는 플런저와, 플런더의 일측을 소정의 설정압력으로 탄성 바이어스하는 압력설정스프링과, 플런저의 타측에 소정의 압력을 가하여 플런저를 이동시키기 위한 수단과, 상기 유압실의 배출유로와 상기 압력설정스프링의 스프링실의 배출유로를 서로 연통시키는 유로를 구비한다.The present invention relates to a holding check control valve used in a hydraulic device such as heavy equipment.
