지중을 굴토하여 트랜치를 만들고 이 트랜치 내부에 콘크리트 타설용 상하가 개방된 타설관을 설치하여 이 타설관을 통하여 콘크리트 반죽을 타설하는 공법에 있어서 트랜치 내벽이 붕괴되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 통상적으로 안정액 또는 물을 트랜치 내부에 저수하고 이러한 상태에서 상하가 개방된 타설관을 트랜치내에 설치하여 이 타설관으로 콘크리트를 타설하게 되는데 타설관이 상하로 개방되어 있으므로 타설관 내부에도 안정액 또는 물이 장입되어 있고 이 상태에서 콘크리트 반죽을 타설관으로 타설하면 시멘트와 자갈과 모래 등이 안정액속으로 분리되는 경우가 있고 이렇게 되면 콘크리트가 양생되더라도 제대로 강도를 가지지 못하는 부실 시공이 되는 문제점이 있었던 바 본 발명은 상기한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 콘크리트 타설관 내부에 타설관 단면과 동일한 형태의 스티로폴볼을 삽설하여 스티로폴볼 상면으로 콘크리트 반죽을 타설하여 스티로폴볼이 콘크리트의 중량으로 타설관 내부에 차있는 안정액 또는 물을 하부로 밀어내며 하강하여 타설관 저부미단으로부터 이탈하고 교반된 콘크리트 반죽이 안정액속에서 분리되지 않고 적당히 교반된 상태에서 콘크리트를 타설할 수 있는 공법에 대한 발명이다In order to prevent the collapse of the inner wall of the trench in the process of laying the trench by excavating the ground, and installing the pouring pipe with the upper and lower openings for concrete placing inside the trench, this method prevents the inner wall of the trench from collapsing.
