Abstract

(목적)
범퍼에 충격력이 작용할 경우에 아마추어의 변형에 의해 주변부품이 파손되지 않고 충격력을 흡수할 수 있는 차량용 범퍼구조를 제공한다.
(구성)
아마추어(12)는 금속제 재료로 차폭방향의 대략 전폭에 걸친 길이로 형성되고, 차량 전후방향에 따른 단면이 중공의 4각형상을 띄고 있다. 상사하게는 전후벽부(12e,12e)사이에 수평방향에 따른 합계 4매의 수평판부(12b…)가 설치되고 3개소에 공간부를 갖는 4각형상으로 형성되어 있다. 이 각 수평판부(12b…)는 차량 전후방향의 작용에 의해 상측 2매가 상방으로 하측 2매가 하방으로 좌굴하도록 대략 중앙부 내측(12C…)을 다른 부분에 비해 얇게 하여 서서히 판두께가 변화되고 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 표피와 아마추어를 가지며, 아마추어의 차량 전후방향에 따른 단면이 중공의 4각 형상을 하고 있는 차량용 범퍼구조로서, 상기 아마추어의 수평방향에 따른 수평판부는 차량 전후방향의 충격력의 작용에 의해 상방 또는 하방의 어느 한쪽의 원하는 방향으로 좌굴하도록 판두께를 변화시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 범퍼구조.
