Abstract

본 발명은 용접용 로보트(robot)에 연결되는 조작용 케이블(cable)의 클램프(clamp)에 관한 것으로서, 케이블이 꼬이는 것을 보완하기 위해, 스프링(10) 양단부에 각기 외측링(21)이 부착되고, 각 외측링(21)의 내주면에 내측링(22)이 체결되며, 상부의 내측링(22)상단면에 수납부가 형성되는 하부클램프(31)의 중간이 용접에의해 고정되고, 하부클램프(31)의 상부에 수납부가 형성되는 상부클램프(32)가 수납부가 연통되도록 하여 고정볼트(33)에 의해 체결되도록 구성하여, 상부클램프(32)와 하부클램프(31) 사이에 케이블(1)과 조작선로가 삽입되도록 하여 고정볼트(33)에 의해 고정하며, 용접작업시 로보트와 함께 케이블(1)과 조작선로가 움직이면, 스프링(10)이 상하방향 및 전후 좌우방향으로 각기 탄력적으로 유동되어 케이블(1) 및 조작선로가 꼬이는 것을 방지하는 용접용 로보트의 케이블 클램프 구조이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 스프링의 단부에 외측링이 부착되고, 상기 외측링의 내주면에 내측링이 체결되며, 기 내측링에 수납부가 형성되는 클램프가 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 용접용 로보트의 케이블 클램프 구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 내측링과 외측링은 회동 가능하게 나사체결됨을 특징으로 하는 용접용 로보트의 케이블 클램프 구조.
