left and right channels(1,2) for receiving left and right signals; a spectrum calculator(3) for calculating the sum of the signals from the left and right channels(1,2); a mode discriminator(4) for comparing the output of the spectrum calculator(3) with a preset constant value to judge which component is dominant among high frequency component or low frequency component; a delay generator(5) for determining delay state according to the output component of the mode discriminator(4); a low pass filter(5) for filtering the delayed output from the delay generator(5) and output of the mode discriminator(4) which is not delayed; a D/A decoder(7) for decoding the digital signals of the channels(1,2) and the low pass filter(6) into analog signals; and an amplifier(8) and a speaker(9) for amplifying the output of the D/A docoder(7).
