본 고안은 각종 건축의 실내 천정테두리 장식용으로 사용되는 천정돌림테에 관한 것으로 특히 PVC.ABS.PS.PO.PE.등과 같은 합성수지를 발포압출가공하여 만들되 나무나 금속으로된 보강재를 넣고 만들어서 된 천정돌림테에 관한 것이다.
종래의 천정돌림테는 재질에 따라서 나무로 만든 천정돌림테와 합성수지로 만든 천정 돌림테로 나눌 수 있는데 나무로 만든 천정돌림테는 나무를 절삭가공해야만 하므로 재료비와 인건비가 많이 들고 색상이 단조로워 장식 효과가 매우 제한적인 단점이 있고 합성수지로 만든 천정 돌림테는 상기 나무로 만든 천정돌림테의 단점을 해결할 수 있는 반면에 합성수지의 자체물성으로 인하여 수축 현상이 커서 시공후 약 1-6개월이 지난후부터 연결 부분의 사이가 벌어져 외관이 나쁘고, 접착제 또는 못으로 고정시킨 부분이 떨어지며, 특히 여름철에는 팽창되어 연결 부분이 천정으로부터 들뜨는등 변형이 크게 일어나서 장식용으로서 가치가 현저하게 떨어지는 등의 문제점이 많았다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출한 것인바 본 고안의 목적은 매몰형 보강재 및 분리형 보강재와 노출형 보강재가 삽입된 상태로 나무 또는 금속재의 발포성 합성수지를 발포성 합성수지피복층으로 압출가공함으로써 종래의 합성수지제 천정 돌림테의 장점을 가짐과 동시에 시공후 변형이 초래되지 않아 장식 효과가 매우 우수한 천정 돌림테를 제공하는데 그 목적에 있다.
본 고안을 이하 첨부된 예시도면에 의하여 더욱 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 제2도에 예시된바 와 같이 합성수지를 발포압출가공피복 한것에 있어서 나무 또는 금속제 보강재(1)의 외부를 발포합성수지피복층(2)으로 감싸여지도록 압출가공한것에 있어서 보강재(1)는 제3도면 예시된 바와 같이 양쪽단부에 배치된 분리형 보강재 (1-1), (1-2)로 할 수 있고, 제4도에 예시된 바와 같이 외부로 노출되는형 보강재(1-3)로도 할 수도 있다.
또한 본 고안에 있어서 발포합성수지피복층(2)은 비중이 약 0.1-1g/cm3를 초과할 경우에는 압출성형시 압출분량이 발생되기 때문이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용 효과를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 나무 또는 금속재를 발포성합성수지층(2)으로 감싸여지도록 압출가공피복한 것에 있어서 보강재를 매몰형 보강재(1) 또는 분리형 보강재(1-1)(1-2) 또는 노출형 보강재(1-3)를 발포성 합성수지 피복층(2)으로 감싸여지도록 하면서 압출가공한것이기 때문에 색상을 다양하게 표출할 수도 있고 수축성이 없으므로 시공 후에도 변형이 초래되지 않으므로써 내구성이 우수하며 장시간 사용하여도 천정의 효과를 지속할 수 있으므로 경제적인 효과가 있는 유용한 신규 고안이다.

  1. 나무 또는 금속재를 발포성 합성수지층(2)으로 감싸여지도록 압출가공피복한것에 있어서 보강재를 매몰형보강재(1)또는 분리형 보강재(1-1)(1-2)또는 노출형 보강재(1-3)로 구성하여서된것을 특징으로 하는 천정 돌림테.
