Abstract

본 발명은 면섬유를 양이온화하여, 반응성 염료로 염색할 경우 산성욕이나 중성욕에서 처리하여 염색성이 향상된 염색물의 제조방법이다.
본 발명은 반응성 염료로 면섬유를 염색하는 염색물의 제조방법에 있어서, 양이온화제로 지방족 4급화 암모니움의 에피클로로히드린을 함유하는 침지욕중에 면섬유를 침지하여 양이온화 처리하는 제1단계와, 이어서 상기 양이온화된 면섬유를 반응성 염료가 함유된 산성 또는 중성의 반응욕중에 침지시켜 염색, 세척 건조하는 제2단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 염색물의 제조방법이다.
본 발명에 의해 실시한 염색물의 세탁견뢰도, 땀 견뢰도, 복합견뢰도, 염색성 및 염료의 염착성은 매우 우수한 것으로 나타났다.

Claims (5)

  1. 반응성 염료로 면섬유를 염색하는 염색물의 제조방법에 있어서, 양이온화제로 지방족 4급화 암모니움의 에피클로로히드린 유도체 화합물을 함유하는 침지욕중에 면섬유를 침지하여 양이온화 처리하는 제1단계와, 이어서 상기 양이온화된 면섬유를 반응성 염료가 함유된 산성 반응욕중에 침지시켜 염색, 세척 및 건조하는 제2단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 염색물의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 침지욕중에 양이온화제를 5중량% 내지 10중량%(o.w.f.) 첨가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 염색물의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응욕중에 함유된 반응성 염료는 2중량% 내지 5중량%(o.w.f.)인 것을 특징으로 하는 염색물의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 산성 반응욕 대신에 중성 반응욕을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염색물의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 침지욕 및 반응욕중에서 면섬유를 패딩시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 염색물의 제조방법.
