본 발명은 종래의 편직물은 유연처리시에 원심분리기를 사용하거나 별개의 탈수용 두개의 로라를 통과시켜 수분을 분리한 다음 다른 기계장치를 사용하여 유연체를 침투 도포시켜 다시 탈수를 하여 일정한 정단없이 무차별로 수작업을 하여 사려주는 방식으로 해야만 했으므로 두대 이상의 기계장치를 설치하게 되므로써 설치 공간을 많이 차지하게 되고 여러번의 공정을 거쳐야만 했고 편직물이 확포되지 않은 꼬임 상태에서는 유연제가 고르게 침투하지 못하게 되므로 약품의 처리가 균일하지 못해 편직물에 얼룩이 발생하고 펴지지 않은 상태에서 탈수로라를 통과하게 되어 심한 틀림자국이 생겨 주름부분에 탈수율과 건조효율이 극히 낮았으며 에너지의 소모는 많았고 기계장치의 다원화로 작업인력은 많이 소요되면서도 처리능률은 저하되고 유지관리비 등 많이 소요되어 경제적인 손실이 막대한 등의 폐단을 해결하기 위해 젖은 체 임의의 형상으로 꼬여진 원통형 편직물을 자동으로 풀어주는 원단꼬임방지기가 장착된 세척조를 거쳐 흡수에 용이한 온도로 가열된 유연제 용액이 내입된 침적조를 경유하는 동안 함침을 하고 편직물의 조직과 물성을 최대한 자연상태로 유지시키도록 압축공기와 물을 분사하여 유연제의 침투를 높이고 다수개의 로라가 집합된 양측 편직물폭조절기를 통과시에 길이방향의 인장응력을 제거하여 눌름자국이나 주름이 없이 폭을 일정하게 맞추어 주는 작업을 적은 인력을 에너지를 절감하면서 단시간에 많은 양을 자동으로 탈수 유연처리할 수 있는 다기능 복합장치를 발명한 것임.According to the present invention, the conventional knitted fabric is separated by using a centrifuge or two separate spinners for dewatering during the softening process, and then penetrated and applied to the flexible body by using another mechanism to dehydrate again.
