Abstract
본 발명은 연속적인 피복라인에서 고온의 침지를 이용하여 강 시이트 표면을 피복하기 위한 장치를 제공하려는 것이다. 본 발명의 피복될 강 시이트의 표면에 대하여 유도되는 다수의 구동 로울러들을 포함하고 있으며, 인장 로울러 및 불활성 가스흐름에 의해서 지원된다. 불활성 가스로는 질소가 채용되는데, 이 질소는 프크레이퍼들의 절단 테두리 및 피복 구동 로울러들의 표면에 대하여 작용한다.

Claims (4)
- 피복과정 동안에 로울러 위로 진행하는 강 시이트 표면들을 연속적인 피복라인들에서의 고온 침지에 의해서 피복하기 위한 장치에 있어서 상기 강 시이트와 접촉하는 다수의 로울러 및 상기 다수의 로울러 쪽으로 질소를 공급하는 질소가 지원된 다수의 스크레이퍼를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서 상기 다수의 로울러는 3개의 로울러로 이루어져 있고, 각각의 상기 로울러는 각각의 기계적인 스크레이핑 수단 및 상기 로울러로 질소를 공급하는 질소가스 공급원을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서 상기 강 시이트는 상기 스크레이퍼와 질소가스의 설비의 공동작용에 의해서 소정의 수직한 라인 쪽으로 진행하는 상기 다수의 로울러 및 적어도 2개의 인장 로울러에 의해서 운반되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 다수의 로울러에 대하여 피복을 수행하는 동안에 상 시이트를 이동시키는 단계, 및 질소가스의 공급원을 공급하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강 시이트 표면의 피복방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
