본 고안은 라디에이터와 엔진 사이에 연결되어 냉각수를 순환시키는 자동차의 냉각수 파이프에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a coolant pipe of an automobile connected between a radiator and an engine to circulate the coolant.
종래의 냉각수 파이프는, 제1도에 도시한 바와 같이, 파이프몸체(1)에 통상 2개의 체결부재(2)가 고착되어 있다. 그리고 이러한 체결부재(2)에는 원형상의 체결공(3)이 천공되어 있어 냉각수 파이프를 엔진(E)등에 고정시킬때 볼트(4)를 이용하여 나사체결공(E1)체결할 수 있도록 하였다. 그런데 체결부재(2)에 있는 체결공(3)이 폐쇄형으로 되어 있어 볼트(4)를 완전히 풀어야만 냉각수 파이프를 탈거시킬 수 있었다. 그러므로 종래의 냉각수 파이프 정비시 볼트(4)를 풀고 조이는 번거로움이 있었다.In the conventional cooling water pipe, as shown in FIG. 1, two fastening members 2 are fixed to the pipe body 1.
