Abstract

본 발명은 하나 이상의 올레핀을 함유하는 유동체으로부터 올레핀을 분리하기 위한 방법 및 장치를 제공한다. 분리는 유동체를 특정구리(I)착화합물을 함유하는 흡수 용액과 접촉시켜 수행된다. 본 발명은 또한 구리(II)유도체 및 금속 구리로부터 불안정한 구리(I)착화합물의 그 자체 형성을 위한 방법 및 장치를 포함한다.

Claims (19)

  1. 하기 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동체로부터의 올레핀 제거 방법 : a)구리(II)계를 함유하는 1차 용액을 금속 구리와 접촉시켜 구리(I)착화합물을 함유하는 2차 용액의 형성; 및 b)구리(I)착화합물을 함유하는 2차 용액을 올레핀-함유 유동체와 접촉시켜 유동체으로부터 올레핀 부분의 제거.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 2차용액이 피리딘, 메틸 치환된 피리딘, 메톡시 치환된 피리딘, 하기의 식으로 표시되는 화합물 및 상기의 조합으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 조-용매를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법 :
    [식중, k=0∼4, l=0∼4, m=0∼4, n=0∼4].
  3. 제2항에 있어서, k+l+m+n=0∼4인 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, k+l+m+n=0∼2인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2차 용액이 피리딘, 에탄올아민, 아세토니트릴, 3-히드록시프로피오니트릴, 및 상기의 조합으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 조-용매를 함유하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구리(II)계를 아세트산구리, 질산구리, 황산구리, 및 상기의 조합으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2차 용액의 구리(I)착화합물의 농도가 약 1M∼6M인 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 2차 용액의 구리(I)착화합물의 농도가 약 2M∼3M인 방법.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, 구리의 물농도에 대한 조-용매의 물농도비가 약 1∼약 6인 방법.
  10. 제2항에 있어서, 구리의 물농도에 대한 조-용매의 물농도비가 약 2∼약 3인 방법.
  11. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조-용매가 피리딘인 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 구리의 물농도에 대한 조-용매의 물농도비가 약 2∼약 3인 방법.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 2차 용액의 구리(I)착화합물 농도가 약 1.9M∼약 3.0M인 방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀이 C2 탄화수소, C3 탄화수소 및 상기의 조합으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀이 에틸렌, 프로필렌 및 상기의 조합으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀이 에틸렌인 방법.
  17. a)구리(II)계를 함유하는 1차 용액을 함유하는 1차 용기; b)상기 1차 용액을 금속 구리와 접촉시켜 구리(I)착화합물을 함유하는 2차 용액을 형성하는 수단; 및 d)구리(I)착화합물을 함유하는 2차 용액을 올레핀-함유 유동체와 접촉시켜 유동체으로부터 올레핀의 일부분을 회수하는 수단을 포함하는, 구리(I)착화합물의 그 자체 생성 및 유동체으로부터 올레핀의 제거를 위한 장치.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 금속 구리가 2차 용기에 함유되고, 수단이 상기 1차 용액의 일부분을 회수하고, 1차 용액을 상기 금속 구리와 접촉시켜 용액을 상기 1차 용기로 되돌려 보내는 것을 제공하는 장치.
  19. 제17항에 있어서, 구리(I)착화합물을 함유하는 2차 용액을 올레핀-함유 유동체와 접촉시키는 상기 수단이 상기 1차 용기에 필수적인 장치.
