본 발명은 빌딩 관리 시스템의 엘리베이터 운행 제어 방법에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 빌딩 관리 측면에서 볼때 건물내의 승객 수송을 담당하는 중요한 기능을 가진 엘리베이터 제어 장치에 대해 어떠한 감시 및 제어 기능을 갖추지 못해 실질적인 빌딩 종합 관리를 수행할 수 없고 엘리베이터 감시반은 엘리베이터 제어기 외에 다른 기기에서 발생되는 정보를 받을 수 없어 엘리베이터 운행 제어와 관련된 빌딩 상황 정보를 연계하여 관리할 수 없으므로 엘리베이터 관리를 효율적으로 할 수 없는 문제점이 있었다. 이러한 점을 감안하여 본 발명은 엘리베이터의 운행 상태 정보를 호스트인 빌딩 관리 시스템에 전송하고 그 빌딩 관리 시스템의 무인층 정보, 화제층 정보, 고객 예약 정보등과 같은 특성 정보를 이용하여 엘리베이터의 운행을 제어하도록 구성한 것으로, 본 발명은 빌딩 관리 시스템을 호스트로 작동하여 엘리베이터의 운행 상태 정보 및 제어를 씨알티 감시반을 경유하여 데이타 통신을 하므로써 빌딩 관리 시스템에서의 빌딩 관리 및 엘리베이터 감시반에서의 엘리베이터 운행 효율을 향상시킬 수 있고 또한, 빌딩 종합 관리 시스템을 실현할 수 있다.The present invention relates to a method for controlling elevator operation of a building management system, and in the related art, in terms of building management, there is no substantial monitoring and control function for an elevator control device having an important function in charge of transporting passengers in a building, and thus, actual building comprehensive management.
