Abstract
본 발명은 차량용 후륜조향장치의 구조에 관한 것으로, 차량속도, 전륜조향각 및 요우각속도 등에 따라 결정된 후륜조향각에 비례하여 발생되는 구동력으로 구동되는 직류모터(5)와 상기 직류모터(5)의 구동력에 의하여 구동되는 타이밍벨트(15)와 상기 타이밍벨트(15)에서 감속된 회전운동이 직선운동으로 바뀌어지는 볼스크류(18)에 감속되면서 타이로드(4)를 밀고당겨 후륜을 조향시키는 구조로 되어 백래쉬와 높은 감속에 따른 반응지연등을 제거 향상시키게 된다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 차량용 후륜조향장치의 구조를 나타낸 단면도,
제2도(A),(B)는 종래의 구조로서, 차축식 현가조향장치 및 독립현가식 조향장치의 사시도,
제3도는 종래의 구조에 의한 다른 실시예로서, 직류모터와 랙 및 피니언을 이용한 자동차의 후륜조향장치를 나타낸 단면도이다.
Claims (1)
- 차량속도, 전륜조향각 및 요우각속도 등에 따라 결정된 후륜조향각에 비례하여 발생되는 구동력으로 구동되는 직류모터(5)와; 상기 직류모터(5)의 구동력에 의하여 구동되는 타이밍벨트(15)와; 상기 타이밍벨트(15)에서 감속된 회전운동이 직선운동으로 바뀌어지는 볼스크류(18)에 감속되면서 타이로드(4)를 밀고당겨 후륜을 조향시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 후륜조향장치의 구조.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
