Abstract

본 발명은 스티어링 핸들의 세팅된 위치에서 끼워넣는 식의 스티어링 스핀들(1)을 수용하는 재킷튜브(2)가 차체에 고정된 고정부품(4)과 마찰결합으로 잠겨질 수 있고, 한편으로는 재킷튜브(2)에 고정된 부분(2)에 그리고 다른 한편으로는 교차되는 장치내의 고정부품(4)에 적어도 하나의 안내 슬롯이 형성되며, 하나의 안내슬롯(8,9)을 가진 2개의 부재(6,4)를 마찰결합되게 함께 압착하기 위해 작동 가능한 클램핑 메카니즘에 접속된 고정나사가 상기 안내 슬롯을 관통하는, 차량용의 조정가능한 스티어링 칼럼에 관한 것이다. 차량의 정면 충돌시 차량운전자의 체중으로부터 야기되는 힘의 작용방향으로 정결합 전달이 이루어지게 하기위해, 차체에 고정된 고정부품(4)내에 형성된 슬롯(9)의 종방향이 차량의 정면 충돌시 차량운전자의 체중으로 부터 야기되는 힘의 작용방향(10)에 대해 횡측으로 배열된다.

Claims (3)

  1. 스티어링 핸들의 세팅된 위치에서 끼워넣는 식의 스티어링 스핀들을 수용하는 재킷튜브가 차체에 고정된 고정부품과 마찰결합으로 잠겨질 수 있고, 한편으로는 재킷튜브에 고정된 부분에 그리고 다른 한편으로는 교차되는 장치내의 고정부품에 적어도 하나의 안내 슬롯이 형성되며, 하나의 안내슬롯을 가진 2개의 부재를 마찰결합되게 함께 압착하기위해 작동 가능한 클램핑 메카니즘에 접속된 고정나사가 상기 안내슬롯을 관통하는, 차량용의 조정가능한 스티어링 칼럼에 있어서, 차체에 고정된 고정부품(4)내에 형성된 슬롯(9)은 그것의 종방향이 재킷튜브(2)에 고정된 부분(6)내의 슬롯(8)의 종방향에 대해 90°미만의 것으로 차량의 정면충돌시 차량운전자의 체중으로 부터 야기되는 힘의 작용방향(10)에 대해 횡으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로하는 차량용의 조정가능한 스티어링 칼럼.
  2. 제1항 있어서, 고정부품(4)내의 슬롯(8)의 종방향이 대략 수직선으로 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용의 조정가능한 스티어링 칼럼.
  3. 제1항 및 2항에 있어서, 수평선에 대한 스티어링 칼럼 축(7)의 기울기가 대략 20°일때 고정부품(4)내의 슬롯(8)의 종방향이 스티어링 칼럼축(7)에 대해 대략 평행하게 뻗은, 재킷튜브(2)의 부분(6)내의 슬롯의 종방향과 대략 70°의 각을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용의 조정가능한 스티어링 칼럼.
