Abstract

본 발명은 벌크온(Bulk On)차량에 레미탈의 보관용기인 사일로(Silo)를 간편하게 장착하거나 탈착할 수 있도록 한 사일로 운반장치에 관한 것으로, 사일로를 각 건설현장으로 운반하기 위해서 크레인을 동원하여 화물트럭의 적재함에 사일로를 적재하고 하역했던 종래에는 장비손실과 인력소모가 많고 작업이 번거로워 작업비용이 많이 들고 안전사고의 우려가 많은 등의 문제가 있었던 바, 회동실린더(40)와 승강실린더(50)로 작동되는 틸트프레임(20)을 통해 사일로(60)를 직접 적재하거나 하역할 수 있게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 본 발명에 의하면 장비사용의 효율성을 도모할 수 있게 됨은 물론 작업비용을 크게 절감할 수 있게 되고 각종 안전사고를 배제할 수 있게 되는 등의 효과를 얻을 수 있게 된다.The present invention relates to a silo conveying device that can be easily mounted or detached silo (Silo), a storage container of a remittal on a bulk on vehicle, and mobilizes a crane to transport silos to each construction site.
