The present invention relates to an automobile tire having improved driving performance on a small road, that is, drainage performance (= wet < RTI ID = 0.0 > Wet < / RTI > performance).

When driving a car on a wet road, a water film is interposed between the tire and the road, which significantly reduces the driving performance of the car, particularly the cornering performance. Thus, in the tire, a plurality of grooves (grooves) of various shapes are formed vertically and horizontally in the tread in order to effectively drain the water between the road and the tire. However, even if grooves are formed vertically and horizontally, it is not to be expected that water on the road is pushed out by the grooves of the tires traveling at high speed. Of course, if you only want to improve the drainage performance can be achieved by forming a large number of wide and deep grooves. However, tires should not only improve wet performance but also consider wear resistance, driving stability, ride comfort, etc., and thus simply cannot form a large number of wide and deep grooves. The present invention is to improve the drainage performance by simply installing a water guide wall in the groove without increasing or decreasing the width or depth of the groove and the number of grooves.

The present invention is to form a longitudinal groove in the tread, the guide wall is provided on the longitudinal groove that meets the horizontal groove in the forward direction of the tire to the rear wall of the horizontal groove, as the tire progresses, The water between the tire and the road surface can be discharged to the left and right sides of the tire without being pushed to the rear of the tire, thereby reducing the water film phenomenon between the tire and the road surface. As follows.

After the longitudinal grooves and the horizontal grooves are formed in the tread of the automobile tire, the rear grooves 2 are disposed on the longitudinal grooves 1 that meet the horizontal grooves 2 at the front side of the traveling direction (a) of the tire. The guide wall 3 is attached to the side wall 21. The width of the guide wall 3 preferably has a width of 50 to 90% of the width of the longitudinal groove 1 on which the guide wall is installed, and the height of the guide wall 3 is also provided by the guide wall 3. It is preferable to form about 10 to 50% of the depth of the longitudinal groove 1 to be used.

The present invention configured as described above has an effect of about 150% or more in terms of water drainage. That is, when the tire manufactured by applying the technique of the present invention to the same tire as 185 / 65R13 (tire code number) which is a passenger car tire as a product of the applicant company is driven on water-filled asphalt roads with six heights of 7 mm The result of measuring the displacement according to the speed of the vehicle was as shown in the following chart.

As shown in the diagram above, when traveling at a speed of 100 km / h, the conventional tire discharges about 180 ml of water, whereas the tire of the present invention emits 290 ml of water. Therefore, the tire of the present invention was found to have a synergistic effect of about 150% or more in comparison with the conventional tire in terms of drainage performance.

Such a tire of the present invention was able to recognize that the running performance on the wet road, that is, the wet performance was greatly improved due to the drainage performance as described above.
