Abstract
본 발명에 의한 윤곽선을 이용한 화상 부호화장치에서는 하나의 폐쇄 윤곽을 임의의 그레이 레벨로 메꾸어서 화상을 복원할 때 두 세그먼트의 그레이 레벨을 비교하여 그레이 레벨이 급격이 변하는 부분은 저역통과필터링을 하지 않고, 그렇지 않은 부분은 저역통과필터링을 함으로서 그레이 레벨의 차이로 인해 윤곽선 경계에서 발생하는 허위윤곽을 감소시킨 것이다.In the picture coding apparatus using the contour according to the present invention, when one image is reconstructed by filling one closed outline to an arbitrary gray level, the gray level of the two segments is rapidly changed by comparing the gray levels of the two segments without low pass filtering.
